everybodys body is different. nobody can give u specific diet program, which u can follow. i will give u some diet tips, which i hope will be useful for u to make yr own diet program. try to eat green salads, fruits, normal meal twice a day. try to avoid all faty food, cheese, fried items, chips etc. u can make yr diet program suitable for u. dont skip food, only change style of eating.
